All Orders are shipped Monday-Friday from our Gold Coast warehouse.

95% of orders arrive within 1-5 business days of ordering. If you live in rural area, please allow up to 7 business days.

Here at bRaw Naturals we love to make sure you are completely satisfied with your products and experience. If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, arrives after its expiration date, is not what you ordered or you're unsatisfied for any other reason, we can send a replacement right away and provide a prepaid return label & postage bag free of charge. Don't like the taste or performance of your new bRaw product for any reason? Simply return your opened product with 5 scoops or less used and we will happily exchange or apply a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
