How do coupon codes work?

Discount codes don't stack. If you have, for example, a 10% off discount, you can't also use a "free shipping" coupon. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.

What is the return policy?

60 Day Product Guarantee: If you change your mind or simply aren't happy for any reason, you can simply return your unopened product to our online warehouse for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Please contact our support staff to start the return process.

30 Day Flavour & Performance Guarantee:
Don't like the taste or performance of your new product for any reason? Simply return your opened product with 5 scoops or less used and we will happily exchange or apply a store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support staff to start the return process.

To speed up the process of returning a product, please include your name, order number, email address and as much information as possible on why you are returning the product(s).
