Chocolate bRAW Smoothie

Indulge in a nutritious and flavourful treat with this delectable recipe for a Chocolate Green Protein Smoothie. Packed with wholesome ingredients and a burst of natural goodness, this energising blend is perfect for jumpstarting your day or replenishing your body after a workout. With a combination of a ripe banana, a hint of cinnamon, sweet Medjool dates, and the power of bRAW Ultimate Greens and Ultimate Plant Protein powders, this smoothie is both satisfying and nourishing.


  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2-3 Medijool Dates
  • 1 Scoop bRAW Ultimate Greens
  • 1 Scoop bRAW Ultimate Plant Protein (we use Chocolate but any flavour will work)
  • 200ml Milk of your choice (almond or coconut is great)
  • Handful of Ice
  • Hemp seeds, chia seeds, shredded coconut, nuts or seeds to garnish (optional)


  1. Add banana, cinnamon, dates, bRAW Ultimate Greens powder, Ultimate Plant Protein powder, milk + ice to blender. Blitz on high.
  2. Pour into a large glass & top with your choice of garnish if desired
