When will I get my order?

All Orders are shipped same day Monday-Friday from our Gold Coast warehouse if ordered before 3PM AEST. Orders placed on the weekend will go out first thing Monday morning.

95% of orders arrive within 1-3 business days of ordering. If you live in rural area, please allow up to 5 business days.

RETURNS

Here at bRaw Naturals we love to make sure you are completely satisfied with your products and experience. If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, arrives after its expiration date, is not what you ordered or you're unsatisfied for any other reason, we can send a replacement right away and provide a prepaid return label & postage bag free of charge. If you change your mind or simply aren't happy for any reason, you can simply return your unopened product to our online warehouse for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.

Don't like the taste or performance of your new bRaw product for any reason? Simply return your opened product with 5 scoops or less used and we will happily exchange or apply a store credit within 30 days of purchase.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Amazing Customer Service team on 1 300 438 830 or contact us via email and provide your name, email address, order number and the reason for returning the product.
